Cancellation Policy - Please note that once an appointment has been confirmed, we request at least 48 hours advance notice for any cancellations. The full cost of the appointment will be charged when you miss or cancel an appointment without giving 48 hours advanced notice. In special circumstances, requests for a refund will be considered on a case by case basis subject to any venue or travel costs and after administrative costs. Evidence of these circumstances may be asked for and any refund is at the sole discretion of Birth Trauma Scotland. If the cancelled appointment is filled, a full refund minus admin costs will be offered. 

Therapist cancellation and change policy - In the unlikely event that we need to change dates or are unable to fulfil our agreed treatment session due to unforeseen circumstances, we will ensure that either: an alternative therapist (Gemma Nealon or Miriam Martin) will run the session on the original date if possible, or, we will run the session on an alternative dates to suit the client. If in the instance that an alternative date or therapist cannot be agreed upon, clients will be entitled to a full refund.
